THE KEY TO HEALTH AND FITNESS. CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition. CrossFit can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. The program works for everyone — people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years.

THE WORKOUTS

CROSSFIT WORKOUTS VARY EACH AND EVERY DAY. WE GET STRONGER AND FITTER EVERY SESSION THROUGH A COMBINATION OF WEIGHTLIFTING, BODYWEIGHT TRAINING (PULL UPS, HANDSTANDS, ETC.), AND CARDIO! NO BORING CIRCUIT TRAINING WHERE YOU JUMP FROM STATION TO STATION OVER AND OVER AGAIN. NO REPETITIVE GYM SESSIONS WHERE YOU JUST WORK ON UPPER BODY ONE DAY AND LOWER BODY THE NEXT, WEEK AFTER WEEK.

CLASS SETUP

EVERY CLASS RUNS FOR ONE HOUR. AN EXPERIENCED COACH WILL RUN THROUGH THE “BRIEF” OF THE WORKOUT OF THE DAY, DEMONSTRATE THE MOVEMENTS, LEAD THE WARM UP, COACH YOU THROUGH THE WORKOUT, AND TAKE YOU THROUGH A COOL DOWN. EVERY PERSON HAS THEIR OWN SET OF EQUIPMENT AND THEIR OWN PERSONAL MODIFICATIONS FOR EACH WORKOUT TO ENSURE THE BEST RESULTS POSSIBLE. WE PRIDE OURSELVES ON OUR COACHING STANDARDS AND OUR DESIRE TO HELP YOU MOVE BETTER EVERYDAY.
