OLYMPIC LIFTING
At CULTIVAR HEALTH, we not only spend multiple days per week dedicating some part of our 60 minute classes to weightlifting strength and skills and drills – we also offer a dedicated Olympic lifting class!
Our weekly Oly class is a crowd favourite among our members. It’s great for beginners right through to experienced lifter looking to take their lifting to the next level.
Every 4-6 weeks, we start a new program aimed to build on one of the core lifts in Olympic lifting – the clean, the jerk and the snatch. We break them down into the movements that are the building blocks of the perfect lift, and drill these in the classes so that you can get stronger, more efficient and more confident in your lifts and obliterate Olympic lifting workouts in your daily classes.
