About Rach:

I have always loved playing sports, and after seeing CrossFit for the first time – watching these small girls throwing heavy weights around, walking on their hands, and overtaking the boys – I knew I wanted in! 5 years on and I am still hooked. The training, community and banter is second to none and I love that as a Coach I get the opportunity to help people realise how capable they are!

Likes: Hanging out with friends & family, finding good coffee spots, the beach, binge watching serial killer docos, convincing people to do competitions with me, chocolate!!

Dislikes: Being hungry, running >100m, cartoons, being dogless.
