  1. Do you enjoy sport?

    If you have a single competitive bone in your body, you will love CrossFit training. We work against the clock to finish a task, do as many reps as possible within a certain time frame, aim to master bodyweight training, or try to improve how much we can lift. There is also the element of pushing yourself alongside like-minded people which makes it feel like you are in a team environment!

  2. Do you enjoy having a coach to guide you?

    Every class starts with the coach “briefing” the workout of the day, demonstrating the movements, taking the group through a warm up, and constantly giving feedback to improve technique. The coach is also there to help you if you have certain limitations like a previous injury or poor flexibility so that you still get the stimulus of the workout without the risk of doing yourself harm. Your coach is there to push you, support you and help you to get better at every aspect.

  3. Do you enjoy feeling like you have worked hard?

    Our workouts are challenging. You will only get fitter and stronger if you are pushing the limits of your current levels of fitness and strength. The thinking is done for you as we make sure that every workout is pushing you towards improvement but YOU have to do the work. The harder you work, the quicker you will see results.

  4. Do you enjoy variance in your day to day training?

    We run, jump, row, cycle, skip, push up, pull up, burpee, squat, throw, deadlift, clean, press, etc. We do interval training, long endurance workouts, heavy lifting, and bodyweight training. Doing the same thing over and over will make you good at that specific. We want you to be able to sprint 400m, run a 10km, do a pull up, squat over your bodyweight, or perform 100 burpees in a row in under six minutes. This leads to continuous progress and combats boredom.
