Something as important as nutrition should NOT be complicated.
Unfortunately, nutrition is confusing though. There is so much information you can find for yourself and so many professionals available with their preferred method of nutrition.
We aim to take the confusion and stress away from you, and deliver you results in a way that fits in with your lifestyle. Here is a quick summary of who we help, and how.
Who can benefit from nutrition coaching?
Well it depends… What do you want?
To lose weight?
To sleep better?
To stop obsessing over food/what to eat/what not to eat/your weight?
To stop saying “I eat well during the week but ruin it over the weekend.”
If you are unhappy with your general mindset around food, have high stress, or lack direction, we can help.
Ok sure, but HOW do we do help?
-
We listen to what you actually want and need – we do not have a preset prescription;
-
We make a plan that takes your lifestyle into consideration and takes your stress away. This includes a plan for sleep, nutrition, lowering stress, exercise and even your mindset if that is required.
-
Hold you accountable to that plan.
-
How?
-
You start with a one hour face-to-face meeting with your individual coach (can be done via zoom);
-
We share an app where you are given weekly habits to tick off (you can earn gold stars!), where your coach can check your habits progress and send you messages, and can even see your ‘My Fitness Pal’ tracking. Your individual coach is available to you through the app at any time;
-
30 minute face-to-face check ins every four weeks to check that you are progressing in line with your goals and to enable us to make adjustments as a team.
-
If you are ready, we are able to give you a meal plan with macros and a weekly shopping list.
-
-
What we don’t do.
-
Give you a meal plan with your macro breakdown and send you on your way without any guidance or support;
-
Ask you to weigh in daily and track your food religiously with measurements;
-
Give up on you and your goals;
-
Judge you.
I’m ready for coaching – what do I do?
